Dr. Fei Gao joined the Energy and Power Group in November 2016 as a postdoctoral researcher. He is mainly working on the RHYTHM (Resilent Hybrid Technology for High-Value Microgrids) project. Fei received his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2010 and his Ph.D. degree in the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Research Group from the University of Nottingham, in 2016.
From Mar. 2010 to Sep. 2012, he worked in State Grid Corporation of China as an electrical engineer. His current research interests include modelling, control, and stability in dc microgrids and more electric transportation systems. A list of his publications is aviable at ResearchGate.
