Low Carbon Vehicle Event 2012

On September the 5th I attended LCV2012 a conference and exhibition for low carbon and electric vehicle technologies.  I had the opportunity to present a poster on my research on electric vehicle traction control.   Among the numerous seminars I found the presentation on the DeltaWing, a revolutionary LeMans car particularly interesting.

Regenerative Braking and Vehicle Supervisory Control @ Warwick Uni

On Thursday I attended the Regenerative Braking and Vehicle Supervisory Control dissemination event at Warwick University. The event consisted of a series of lectures describing the work to date from two work-streams which forms part of The Low Carbon Vehicle Technology Project (LCVTP). LCVTP is a collaborative research project between automotive companies and academia. The project partners include Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Motors European Technical Centre, Ricardo, MIRA LTD., Zytek Automotive, WMG and Coventry University.
